What is the difference between offshore, offshore company, offshore corporation and IBC

Between these names almost there is no difference. They all refer to an offshore structure, which in some jurisdictions is called differently. It also uses the abbreviation offshore company - offshore. Other terms used to refer to offshore companies can - it's non-resident company or a corporation. Sometimes, a combination - Swiss offshore company, offshore British, Cypriot offshore company, but in this case means the availability of data in the jurisdiction of certain benefits.

IBC (International Business Company) - e that term used to refer to various offshore corporate structures.
